Geoffrey Beauchamp
Whistleblower Lawyer
After finishing law school, Geoff began his career with the U.S. Department of Justice at the Executive Office of U.S. Attorneys. He later worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in both New Orleans and Philadelphia for several years. In Philadelphia, he played a significant role as the lead trial lawyer in a notable international fraud case in the Special Prosecutions Division. During his time in New Orleans, Geoff was actively involved in a grand jury investigation related to a major organized crime case and served as the lead trial lawyer in the prosecution of an international drug cartel.
Following his successful tenure as a federal prosecutor, Geoff became a prominent complex commercial litigator in Philadelphia. He also led an FBI undercover operation called "Cable Trap," which resulted in the successful prosecution of a large-scale cable television theft device ring. His expertise led to an invitation to speak on communications piracy at the prestigious FBI Academy.
Drawing from his background as a federal prosecutor and commercial litigator, Geoff has focused on various Whistleblower cases in federal courts nationwide. He notably worked with Eric Young on several successful Qui Tam False Claims Act cases in the pharmaceutical industry and recently joined Young Law Group as Special Counsel.
Geoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
