I was in private practice in Indiana PA from 1980 through 1989; went to work for the Commw. Of Pa Bureau of Workers Compensation in 1989 and was appointed Workers Compensation Judge assigned to the Brookville office in September 1990. I have now retired from the WCJ position and returned to private practice where I handle only Workers Comp matters.
- I have been certified as a specialist in workers compensation by the Pennsylvania Bar Association under the authority granted to it by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court
- Pennsylvania State Bar # 32452
- Free Consultation
- Contingent Fees
Fees are limited by law to 20% of accrued and ongoing compensation in PA Workers Comp cases. In certain cases such as substantial lump sum settlements I can reduce the fee percentage. Some matters can be handled on an hourly fee basis, and sometimes the insurance carrier can be forced (or will agree) to pay attorneys fees in addition to paying your compensation.
