Contingent Fees
Fees are limited by law to 20% of accrued and ongoing compensation in PA Workers Comp cases. In certain cases such as substantial lump sum settlements I can reduce the fee percentage. Some matters can be handled on an hourly fee basis, and sometimes the insurance carrier can be forced (or will agree) to pay attorneys fees in addition to paying your compensation.
