Gerald A. Maggio
The Maggio Law Firm, Inc.
Orange County divorce attorney Gerald A. Maggio is an experienced family law and divorce attorney dedicated to providing a personalized approach to each client's legal representation based on their needs. Mr. Maggio is experienced in all aspects of family law and divorce matters, including child custody and support, spousal support, marital asset division, and stepparent adoptions. Mr. Maggio has a reputation of fighting for client rights with compassion, experience, and professionalism, with the goal of navigating his clients through the complicated legal process as quickly as possible so his clients can move on with their lives.
Mr. Maggio is also a trained divorce mediator who has amicably resolved many cases out of court because the court system is not necessarily always the best option to resolving cases. He believes in the mediation process to help families resolve their conflicts peacefully in the hopes of preserving family assets, integrity and respect, in the real world, with the understanding that court should always be the forum of very last resort. Mr. Maggio understands that divorce is one of the most stressful and agonizing events that someone can ever experience in life, and he works with clients to help them get through their divorce or family law matter as quickly and painlessly as possible.
