Graham was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He received a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Dallas Baptist University, before returning to Fort Worth to pursue law school at Texas A&M School of Law (Formerly owned by Texas Wesleyan University). During law school, Graham served as President of the Federalist Society, and won national awards in Mock Trial and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He served as President and CEO of the Board of Advocates, and upon graduation, was named to the National Order of Barristers in recognition of his skill and achievement in advocacy. Graham knows how to win.
After law school, Graham served as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting both misdemeanor and felony crimes, including: DWI, Theft, Drug possession, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Robbery, Sexual Assault of a Child, Murder, and many more. Now as Defense Counsel, Graham has made countless arguments before both judge and jury and has achieved incredible results for his clients such as dismissals and not guilty verdicts at all levels, including multiple murder cases.
