Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
I charge a flat fee up front for most of my estate planning services. Typical costs for a couple's estate plan are around $3000. This includes a living trust, general durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, transferring a single piece of real property into the trust, notary fees, recordation costs, and various other documents related to your estate plan.
