I am an ex-prosecutor with nearly 30 years of criminal law experience. I do criminal law cases at the state and federal level and administrative cases at the appellate level. I am presently focusing on appellate and post-conviction matters, I have handled major federal and state drug cases, felony and misdemeanor Domestic Violence and drunk and drugged driving. I am also highly experienced in white-collar criminal cases. I tend to set cases for trial and push the DAs toward my clients' goals. I have tried about 120 cases over the years with a significant win rate.
Staring in 2023, I have transitioned to an appellate practice for state level criminal cases. I also am focusing on Rule 35(a), Rule 35(b) and Rule 35(c) matters.
