H. Alex Fuller
Alex has represented clients in criminal and civil cases in every level of trial court in Texas as well as in Federal District Court. He has also successfully represented clients in front of Texas Appellate Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Before opening his own firm, Alex worked for one of the largest law firms in Texas where he litigated multi-million dollar business and commercial cases. Before that, he was an Assistant District Attorney in Tyler, Texas, where he was appointed Chief Misdemeanor Prosecutor by the end of his first year on the job. At the same time he handled dozens of Smith County's asset forfeiture cases. Today, Alex uses this wealth of experience to protect the rights of criminal defendants and small business owners.
