Biography

Attorney Heather Moseman grew up in the Midwest and applies the values learned there to the practice of law. She aims to make sure that the legal problems that are presented to her are solved in the most cost-effective and straightforward way possible.

Heather obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Southwest State University in Marshall, Minnesota. She applied her degree in the service of the chronically disabled, chronically mentally ill and for senior citizens for seven years in both Chicago, Illinois and the Cleveland area. In 2000, Ms. Moseman determined to help people on a more global level and embarked on the path to a career in law. She attended the University of Akron School of Law in Akron, Ohio and received her Juris Doctorate in 2003.

Attorney Moseman was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. She lived with her parents and siblings in Iowa and Minnesota prior to moving to Chicago. Illinois after receiving her undergraduate degree. Heather spent her senior year of high school in Sweden as an exchange student with Rotary International.

Attorney Moseman lives in and has been a member of the legal and philanthropic communities in Northeast Ohio through her service to the local Bar Association, her memberships past and present, in several in the community charitable organizations. Heather is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association where she has participated in the Leadership Academy and served on the Membership Committee. She is also a Fellow in the Ohio State Bar Foundation and received the award for Community Service for attorneys under 40.
