She has vigorously defended her clients charged with battery, domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon, sex crimes, rape, vehicular manslaughter, attempted murder, DUI, hit and run, license suspension, theft, burglary, robbery and arson. As a former Deputy Public Defender in Los Angeles County, Attorney Patel was in the courtroom every day, negotiating with District Attorneys and arguing before judges for her clients’ rights.
