As one of Bergen County’s leading family law attorneys, located in Hackensack, New Jersey, my practice is and has been for almost 30 years, nearly exclusively devoted to the needs of families including divorce, separation, custody, child support, and alimony both in the initial phase as well as for post judgment relief. As a New Jersey divorce attorney, my practice also includes wills and estates, estate planning and probate. I have been admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York since 1985, and have been serving your neighbors in and around northern New Jersey since then. Honors: Awards: Winner of American Jurisprudence and Joseph T. Arenson Awards for Excellence in Wills and Estates Published Cases: Clarke v. Clarke, 359 N.J. Super. 562 (App.Div. 2003). This now widely cited case established a woman’s right to enforcement of her former husband’s alimony obligation which had gone unpaid for over 20 years.
