Biography

Hunter Fede is the managing member of Hunter Fede Law. His general practice focuses on business law and corporate formations, transactions, litigation, and traffic violations, but has corporate experience in real estate law, lender servicing contracts, purchase agreements, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, mediations, and depositions. He has more than 6 years of corporate experience quickly rising to a Director role at a publicly traded bank in Nashville, TN. Hunter established himself in this role by: managing and working with AmLaw 200 firms for corporate interests, reviewing contracts and negotiating loan trades with J.P. Morgan Chase as well as Morgan Stanley, his attention to detail, experience in business law/financial analysis, as well as his innate ability to mitigate risk by creating/applying solutions efficiently.

Hunter attended the Virginia Military Institute on a football scholarship and graduated in 2011 with honors. While attending law school at Elon University he was the first Juris Doctorate candidate to attend business school as well. He graduated from law school and business school with a focus in business law and finance. While working his way up the corporate ladder he simultaneously studied for and passed the bar exam with a goal in mind of applying this knowledge and experience to help others in their legal needs.

A: Yes, if you can prove they forged your signature, Absolutely. This would be considered fraud.
Q. I went through home advisor to find a contractor. He took a down payment and has since stopped communication.
A: How Long has the contractor been avoiding your communications? Does he have a contractor license/ license number? These are all good things to know for your legal options. But yes, contact the police and file a complaints as well.
