Ian B. Miller, Esq. is the Founding Attorney of Miller Trial Law. He focuses his results-oriented practice on passionately protecting the rights of injured victims in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Miller brings more than a decade of experience handling cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, home health aide negligence, products liability and warnings, automobile negligence, trucking accidents, slip/trip and falls, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Miller prides himself on providing the absolute highest level of legal representation and personalized care for each and every client. Prior to representing catastrophically injured clients, Mr. Miller was a Partner in a prestigious multi-office insurance defense firm where he focused his practice on defending medical providers, hospitals, physician groups, and insurance companies in significant injury and wrongful death cases. This defense experience sets Mr. Miller apart from other personal injury attorneys because he has great insight into how cases are evaluated and analyzed by defense attorneys and insurance carriers. Mr. Miller’s prior defense experience gives him a tremendous advantage in pursuing his passion – obtaining justice for those who have been significantly injured or lost a loved one because of the negligence of others.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Miller and his family relocated to Florida while he was still a child. Mr. Miller obtained his Bachelor's degree from Florida State University and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University.
