Ilya Lyubimskiy
Your legacy is our priority.
I am Ilya Lyubimskiy, the founder and managing attorney of Premier Legacy Law. My practice areas include estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, and business formation planning. I take great pride in assisting my clients through the intricate processes of estate planning, offering guidance and compassion. I make it a point to understand each client personally and am dedicated to delivering the highest level of service by crafting plans that cater to their individual needs.
Before I started my own law firm, I practiced at a well-regarded law firm in Denver, focusing on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. My background includes the preparation of comprehensive estate plans, from simple wills to more complex trusts. I also take pride in offering compassionate guidance to clients who are managing the responsibilities of a personal representative and/or trustee. My clients often commend me for my legal acumen and my ability to communicate clearly and consistently throughout the legal process. I am driven by a passion to empower individuals with the knowledge and resources necessary to make informed decisions about legacy planning and estate administration. I frequently provide education to both the public and other professionals on various legal topics related to legacy planning and estate administration.
Additionally, my professional journey includes other roles that have influenced my legal career. As a former Deputy District Attorney in Colorado’s 17th Judicial District, I advocated fervently for crime victims, focusing particularly on protecting the rights of elderly and at-risk individuals in the Economic Crime Unit. Moreover, my experience clerking for judges in Colorado provided me with exposure to civil, domestic, and criminal matters, enhancing my understanding of the legal field.
