Charlie Hepworth is recognized by fellow lawyers, and clients, as the leading Boise, Idaho personal injury and medical malpractice attorney. There is no attorney in Idaho who comes close to him for a record of success in medical malpractice cases.
Born and raised in Twin Falls County, he attended Stanford University and earned his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. Initially working with his father, Idaho litigation legend John C. Hepworth, Charlie has practiced law in Idaho since 1983.
Charlie represents individuals with claims for personal injury, medical malpractice or wrongful death. Charlie currently handles various types of personal injury cases, with an emphasis on medical malpractice and medical product liability cases and significant injury cases caused by motor vehicle accidents or other causes.
In addition to being Idaho's only Inner Circle of Advocates member, Charlie is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in America. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only, and membership cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state.
Charlie has also been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for each of the past ten years, and Mountain States Super Lawyers during the past several years in the field of personal injury litigation.
Charlie has been lead counsel in numerous cases which have resulted in verdicts or settlements in excess of a million dollars.
