Jaclyn Zimmermann dedicates her practice to helping people who need a voice against big businesses and stingy insurance companies. She represents people in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination, as well as helping people with personal injuries. She knows how difficult it can be for individuals to fight against large corporations and insurance companies, who often have large legal teams defending them, because she spent several years prior to founding Ponder Zimmermann LLC defending insurance companies and businesses. This experience gives Jaclyn a unique perspective on how to successfully fight against these entities to protect the rights of individual citizens.
Jaclyn graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Immediately following graduation from law school, Jaclyn served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable David D. Noce, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri in St. Louis, Missouri. During her time clerking, Jaclyn worked on many complex federal civil and criminal cases. Thereafter, Jaclyn worked for a local defense firm, before founding Ponder Zimmermann LLC in 2010.
Jaclyn is licensed to practice in Missouri and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. She is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. Jaclyn is currently serving as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Committee for the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri. Jaclyn is originally from Steelville, Missouri, and currently resides in St. Louis with her husband and three sons.
