Jacob Dennis Rhein is the sole proprietor of Rhein Law LLC and a founding member of Ney Rhein, LLC, a Georgia law firm focusing on plaintiff’s legal malpractice. Rhein primarily represents individuals who have been harmed by the negligence, dishonesty, or incompetence of other attorneys.
Rhein has a reputation among his peers for novel legal argument and fierce loyalty to his clients. These abilities are best demonstrated in his results as a “second lawyer.” Rhein routinely spots issues in the law that other lawyers miss, and is able to craft these issues into effective advocacy at trial, in post-judgment proceedings, and on appeal.
Rhein completed his law degree at the University of Minnesota Law School, consistently ranked by the U.S. News & World Report as one of the top law schools in the nation. He was appointed Lead Managing Editor of the Minnesota Law Review and received his J.D. with honors.
