Jason Castle

Jason has been practicing family law and criminal defense for more than a decade, handling all types of dissolution actions ranging from simple to very complex cases. His primary focus is on high conflict custody issues including allegations of sexual and/or physical abuse.

Prior to starting his legal career, he was a social worker for “at risk” children which provided him with the understanding of the non-legal components of such situations. His litigation skills developed during his time spent working at the prosecutor’s office, where he prosecuted many criminal offenses in front of juries and judges. Jason then transitioned into criminal defense, moving from government to private practice. His criminal practice focuses primarily on DUI, Criminal Damage, and Assault.

Professional Memberships
Jason is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, a Board Member for Helping Hands for Single Moms, Maricopa County Bar Association, Past President of the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Court, Appointed to serve as Judge Pro Tempore, as a Parenting Coordinator and court advisor in the Maricopa County Superior Court. He has also chaired the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and legislative community.

Community Involvement
Community involvement plays a large role in Jason’s life. He is a member of the Maricopa County Behavior Health Board, and very active with the Maricopa County Domestic Violence Shelters. He also volunteers with various organizations in need throughout the year.
