Attorney Jason Hutzler completed his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2002. He then worked as an insurance adjuster for six years. In that capacity, he investigated and resolved personal injury and wrongful death claims on behalf of the insurance companies for which he worked. Following law school, Mr. Hutzler worked for insurance companies as a defense attorney in personal injury and wrongful death matters. The combination of his experience as an insurance adjuster and a defense lawyer provides him with a unique insight into personal injury and wrongful death claims. He understands how insurance companies build defense cases and can anticipate the types of defenses that they might raise when injury victims and the families of people who have been killed file claims. His combination of legal skills and inside knowledge about how insurance companies work provides his clients with experienced and knowledgeable representation.
Mr. Hutzler decided that he would rather represent the victims of the negligent and wrongful actions of others instead of the insurance companies.
