Tabbert Hahn Earnest & Weddle LLP

At Tabbert Hahn Earnest & Weddle, Jason practiced in the area of general civil litigation in both state and federal courts and further grew his litigation practice and experience. Jason developed a great deal of accomplishment in federal court practice and the intricacies of that forum. There Jason started his niche practice with a focus on complex business, contract, commercial, construction, and real estate law and litigation as well as corporate compliance and contract negotiation. This niche grew into corporate law, partnership law, and Indiana's Uniform Commercial Code.
Partner
Singleton, Crist, Austgen & Sears LLP

After five (5) years of practice with Singleton Crist at the age of 28, the firm asked Jason to become an equity partner, which he accepted. During that time, Jason practiced extensively in the areas of insurance defense and insurance coverage. These cases covered a wide and varied array of legal subject matters and complexities. Jason was recognized as a very capable, honorable, ethical, and prepared attorney willing to go that extra mile for his clients. That respect for integrity, ethics, and dynamic ability has followed Jason throughout his state travels and changes in areas of legal focus.
