  I provide free initial case evaluation or consultation by phone. For immigration legal clients, I review case history, identify potential pathways, and direct the collection of documents necessary for a more thorough case evaluation. I charge for a full evaluation, but apply those fees toward any representation agreement, for which I offer a flat fee. For potential consulting clients, both institutions and investors, I do not charge for initial discussions about concerns, goals, and pathways leading to a formal contract proposal.
• Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
  I provide a flat rate for every case based on the initial case analysis. I post standard rates for most immigration case types, however complicating factors can increase the cost. I provide a written fee agreement outlining the scope of representation. My agreement clearly specifies all expense for which you may be responsible. I accept payment through cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and direct bank transfer.
