Jeannette A. Vaccaro is a dedicated and zealous advocate, representing employees in all facets of employment law. She graduated summa cum laude with a business degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She worked in business for almost a decade before graduating magna cum laude from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Jeannette began her law career representing employees at the federal and state level in Oregon, until she returned to California in 2012.
Jeannette’s practice focuses primarily on representing employees in issues involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, wrongful discharge, medical family leave, fraud, and unpaid wages. She also provides advice and counseling to employees regarding employment-related contracts (offer contracts, severance agreements, invention assignments, etc.), leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations and other ongoing employment issues. She was named one of the Best Employment Lawyers in San Francisco by Expertise.com in 2022.
When she is not practicing law, Attorney Vaccaro enjoys swimming, biking, puzzling and spending time with her family.
