Biography
Presently, my practice includes real estate, business formation, and estate planning and administration. I also serve as a Magisterial District Judge in Union County.
Previously, my practice included criminal defense in state and federal court, post-conviction litigation, appeals, civil litigation, social security disability, and Title IX investigations. I also served as a Mental Health Review Officer for Lycoming County and assisted in representing local school districts and an intermediate unit.

- Presented virtually to advocates at Transitions of PA regarding the eviction process as it may arise in a domestic violence situation. The presentation discussed the eviction process generally, recent changes to Pennsylvania law pertaining specifically to evictions of DV victims, and the practical application of these changes in real world scenarios.

- Part of a large group of professionals within the mental health system who presented to first responders regarding mental illness. My portion of the training focused on the legal requirements and practical issues underlying each step of the involuntary commitment process under Pennsylvania's Mental Health Procedures Act. I presented on this topic again in February 2019.

- Presented to Evangelical Community Hospital's Emergency Department staff regarding how medical documentation errors or oversights can come back to haunt caregivers and patients in a courtroom setting. The presentation involved real world examples, discussed best practices, and included a mock cross-examination of staff members.
