In 1995, Mr. Cox received a B.S. in Political Science from Furman University. He earned a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University—Shepard Broad Law Center in 1999. Following law school, Mr. Cox served as Senior Counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and as a Federal Prosecutor in the United States Attorney's Office.
Mr. Cox is a member of the American Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Federal Bar Association and The Florida Bar.
