Jenice L. Malecki is a well-known securities attorney and the founder of Malecki Law. She is a successful and aggressive litigator with a uniquely diverse background representing thousands of investors and industry professionals. Ms. Malecki’s experience as a New York securities attorney began in class action litigation, working on the famed class action case In re Crazy Eddie. Throughout the 1990’s she represented numerous broker dealers in “boiler room” stock fraud cases and the progeny of the real-life Wolf of Wall Street. She has been the Vice-President on the board of the PIABA Foundation, with a mission to educate investors, and has been on the board and a member of PIABA (Public Investor Arbitration Bar Association). She has been a FINRA arbitrator and chairperson, and is a trained mediator. In 2015, she was appointed to and continues to serve on FINRA’s National Arbitration and Mediation Committee (NAMC), which advises FINRA’s Board of Directors. In addition to her exceptional results as a lawyer, Ms. Malecki is also a consulting expert, hired by other securities litigators, such as Ontonimo (OMO) Limited vs. BNP Paribas Securities Corp. ($16.6 million FINRA award in 2015). She has been qualified at FINRA as a testifying expert with successful results and is a trained mediator. She has appeared on national television on several occasions discussing securities issues and has received numerous awards. She frequently speaks at the Securities Experts Roundtable, at the Practising Law Institute, the New York City Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, and PIABA’s year-end conference.

- Activities: Jenice Malecki has been appointed to the FINRA advisory committee, National Arbitration and Mediation Committee (NAMC), which makes recommendations to FINRA's Board of Directors regarding recruitment, qualification, training, and evaluation of arbitrators and mediators. The NAMC also makes recommendations on rules, regulations and procedures that govern the conduct of arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution matters before FINRA.
