Jennifer M. Atzberger

With over eighteen years of experience in her combined areas of practice, Ms. Atzberger brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the unique needs of your case. Having worked in both the public sector and in private practice, she has provided expert legal advice and representation to a diverse community of clients in Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Geauga County.
Ms. Atzberger has experience in education law, representing clients in suspension and expulsion cases, helping to obtain 504 Plans and IEPs, and defending students against civil rights violations and bullying. She also represents clients in juvenile delinquency proceedings, and previously worked as an Assistant Cuyahoga County Public Defender. Ms. Atzberger is also an adjunct professor at Baldwin Wallace University and teaches a course in Juvenile Law in the Sociology and Criminal Justice Department.
