Jennifer is a native of Northwest Ohio. She graduated Cum Laude from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1996. After completing her undergraduate degree, she worked for two years at a local counseling agency as a mental health social worker for chronically mentally ill patients, networking these individuals with community resources and providing supportive services to prevent in-patient hospitalizations.
She continued her education at The University of Toledo, College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2001. She began her career at the firm in March of 1999 as a law clerk. After she passed the bar in November of 2001, she joined the firm as an associate attorney. In July of 2007, she became a partner with the firm.
Jennifer was born in Hicksville, Ohio. She was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2001. She resides in Defiance, Ohio with her husband Jay and their sons Phillip, Cameron, and Kaiden. Together, Jennifer and Jay enjoy involvement in the community through the fostering of children in their home, participation in church events, serving on boards, and public service opportunities, such as mission trips. They love the outdoors where you will find them at playgrounds, baseball games, and fishing.
