Jennifer V Abelaj
Jennifer helps clients plan and carry out goals for estate planning and not-for-profit matters that are most important to them. She believes that all individuals, irrespective of the size of their estate, can benefit from proper estate planning. Whether the focus is on tax savings, family business continuity, providing ongoing income and assets for their loved ones, or supporting their favorite charities by creating an endowment, Jennifer guides individuals toward the estate planning tools that best meet their wishes and needs.
Jennifer also assists not-for-profit organizations in obtaining federal tax-exempt status, updating their Bylaws, creating supporting organizations, or assisting with membership issues. She is motivated to provide the Boards of not-for-profit organizations a road map to best carry out their charitable activities.
