Jesse James Campbell
Jesse Campbell is a lifelong native of Northeast Tennessee. After graduating from High School, Jesse attended East Tennessee State University before enlisting in the United States Army shortly after 9/11. After nearly a decade of service that took him around the world, including deployments to Iraq, Bosnia, and the Horn of Africa, Jesse left the Army and took advantage of the G.I. Bill to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Tusculum College, followed by a law degree at the Appalachian School of Law where he graduated with honors.
Following law school, Jesse began his legal career representing plaintiffs who suffered serious personal injuries in car wrecks, slip and falls, and defective product use in State Courts across Northeast Tennessee. Additionally, Jesse represented clients nationwide in Federal Courts for claims against the makers of defective pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Through this role, Jesse successfully negotiated millions in settlements for his personal injury clients. Today, Jesse focuses his practice working with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy clients.
Jesse is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and the Washington County Bar Association, of which he currently serves as Vice-President.
