Our new practice area that I'd like to promote is false advertising in the area of meat, poultry, fish, dairy, and textiles. Nutrition is a component. Fraud, and deceptive messaging are also components.
We represent consumers for product purchases that were deceptively influenced by humane-washing (i.e. "humanely raised"), nutri-washing (i.e. "healthy," "prevents sickness"), and green-washing ("agriculturally sustainable").
