Jessica Lowe
Attorney Jessica Lowe practices almost entirely within the realm of family law. As a collaboratively trained attorney and certified mediator, she works closely with her clients to help them through the often difficult divorce process. As a parent, Attorney Lowe understands just how fraught child custody situations can be. Her legal practice also includes adoption, grandparents’ custody rights, relocation, and protection from abuse cases. Previously a parent attorney in juvenile dependency and termination of parental rights matters with Dauphin County Children and Youth, Attorney Lowe now works as a part-time Assistant Solicitor for the Agency. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC and her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Attorney Lowe currently is the President of the Junior League of Harrisburg, a past member of the YWCA’s Junior Board, and a member of Keystone Mothers of Multiples (KMOM). Attorney Lowe is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts, as well as the U.S. District court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
