Jessica R. Ward
Your Trusted Partner in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration
Attorney Jessica Ward has been in the legal industry for over 15 years. She started as a paralegal, then a legal administrator at a busy workers' compensation defense law firm. In 2016 she decided to start her own legal document preparation company, which focused on estate planning, family law and deed preparation.
During the COVID pandemic, she was re-evaluating her career goals, and had the opportunity to achieve her ultimate goal of attending law school. She graduated summa cum laude with honors and was sworn in and licensed in California to practice law.
She is passionate about every family having an estate plan, and believes that educating clients really helps dispel myths and misconceptions that many have. She stresses that estate planning is not just for the wealthy and believes everybody can benefit from some type of estate planning. Jessica will be your partner in educating and drafting an estate plan that is appropriate for your family, wealth level, accumulated assets and your personal goals.
Jessica is excited to assist clients with their estate planning, probate and trust administration needs. Jessica offers free 30 minute consultations, as well as discovery calls to determine if she is a fit for your unique situation. If she can't help you, she will do her best to provide you with a referral to another attorney that may be better suited to your needs.

- Q. How to find iout if my late husband has an power of attorney? If so how to find power of attorney uspto
- A: I am very sorry for your loss. I am not in TX, but California. I agree with the other post, and talk to everybody to see if they were aware. The only thing I would add is that sometimes those who execute a Power of Attorney also record them in the county recorder's index where they live. This could be worth a shot. Best of luck to you.
