Jessica Rodriguez
Janicek Law
Jessica is a highly skilled attorney who specializes in complex medical malpractice cases, birth injury cases, and nursing home negligence. She is dedicated and works tirelessly to help vulnerable people and their families who are injured by the negligence of others in whom they have entrusted their health and their lives. Her drive is to bring to light basic safety violations, inattention to detail, corporate greed and gross misconduct that harm and claim the lives of innocent people every day and by so doing, not only bring compensation to her clients, but also make the community a safer place and prevent these errors from happening to anyone else.
Jessica grew up in a small town in Chihuahua, Mexico, where she became fluent in both Spanish and English. After graduating as valedictorian of her class, she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Physics Teaching at Brigham Young University and a Master's of Education from the University of Phoenix. She taught advanced placement high school physics for nine years before deciding to change careers. While raising two teenagers, Jessica attended law school at St. Mary's University where she participated as an editor for the Law Journal and graduated with magna cum laude distinction, placing eighth in her class.
Jessica is licensed in the State of Texas and represents victims and their families in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and wrongful death cases in both State and Federal courts all over the state. She has successfully represented clients in litigation and high stakes settlement negotiations and mediations, and is honored to help her clients achieve compensation they deserve and to help make the community a safer place for all.
