Joanne Fanizza
I am your New York-Florida connection, with offices on Long Island and in Fort Lauderdale. I practice: Estate planning for New Yorkers and Floridians, especially for those contemplating changing domiciles; administration of estates in both states, especially ancillary administrations for decedents with properties in both or either state; real estate transactions in both states, especially New Yorkers buying or selling in Florida. I also practice in the areas of litigation and small business law. I have more than 25 years' experience practicing law in Florida, and eight in New York. My office provides caring service with an attitude toward getting it done at the least cost to the client.
