I represent clients in trials and adversarial proceedings, particularly in the most challenging cases when it matters most. My experience spans across employment and labor law, business disputes, defamation, and civil rights litigation.
Before founding Flood Law, I served as an active-duty Air Force Judge Advocate (JAG) officer, where I achieved the rank of Major. Subsequently, I joined a national labor and employment firm and became a Shareholder.
My approach to practicing law is deeply influenced by the values of excellence, teamwork, and service to others, which I developed during my time in the Air Force and continue to apply to each client in every case.
I am passionate about being a trial attorney and thrive in the courtroom environment. I have represented clients in over 60 jury and bench trials and have managed numerous other arbitrations and hearings.
My litigation skills have received national recognition by Super Lawyers (Employment Litigation, 2013 – present) and by The Best Lawyers in America (Litigation – Labor and Employment, 2018 – present).
I hold a B.S. from the Oklahoma Christian University of Science and Arts, a J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law, and an LLM in Labor and Employment Law from The Georgetown Law Center.
