John B Rediker
John B. Rediker has a varied litigation practice which involves real estate litigation, construction litigation, landlord tenant law, environmental law, securities litigation and general commercial and business litigation. Mr. Rediker has litigated a number of complex multi-party cases before state and federal courts throughout the state of Colorado and the United States.
A former attorney at preeminent class action law firm in New York City, Mr. Rediker has broad experience in all phases of litigation for a variety of class action securities and consumer fraud cases. Mr. Rediker was a member of the trial team for In re Walt Disney Co. Derivative Litigation and a member of the litigation team for In re Initial Pub Offering Sec. Litigation.
Prior to Mr. Rediker's tenure in New York, Mr. Rediker gained experience litigating large, multi-party environmental cases under CERCLA, RCRA, and other hazardous waste statutes for a variety of cases involving mining sites, industrial properties, and waste disposal facilities. Mr. Rediker's prior environmental law experience also includes transactional matters and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Rediker is a member of the Colorado State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Federal Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Rediker earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994. Mr. Rediker received his Juris Doctor in 1999 from the Washington & Lee University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Rediker was Articles Editor for the Environmental Law Digest and represented indigent clients as a third-year practice certified advocate for the Legal Aid Society of Rockbridge County.
