Mr. Kenney has created thousands of estate & asset protection planning documents, which include wills, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, other advance medical directives, revocable living trusts, dynasty trusts, safe harbor trusts, irrevocable trusts, gifting trusts, educational trusts, retirement plan trusts, IRA trusts, charitable trusts, charitable lead trusts, charitable remainder trusts, private foundations, 501c3 charities, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, family limited partnerships, (FLP) domestic asset protection trusts in jurisdictions like Nevada & Alaska, & foreign asset protection trusts, including trusts organized in the Cook Islands & Belize.
Mr. Kenney consults & helps organize and setup all forms of business entities like Sole Proprietorships, Corporations, Limited Liability Companies (LLC), Limited Partnerships (LP), & General Partnerships (GP). He advises & prepares all types of business transactions, contracts, leases, business purchases and sales, independent contractor agreements, employee policies, employee agreements among many others. He and his staff have prepared thousands of real estate deeds, deeds of trust, promissory notes, purchase agreements, easement agreements, shared well agreements, residential & commercial leases.
A sought after expert, Mr. Kenney is the author of several articles & has presented nearly a hundred seminars throughout the country to audiences of potential clients & to his contemporaries in the legal & tax field. Mr. Kenney serves as a Captain in the US Navy JAG Corps. He has been a guest instructor, teaching military justice for the University of Washington Navy ROTC program for twenty years
