- A: Very few personal injury attorneys handle property damage only claims because of the economics involved. (It's not enough money for the work involved.) Search for an attorney who deals with property damage claims. Good luck.

- A: If you want some direction, you will need to provide more information. Most importantly, what type of incident was it?

- A: I'm glad you weren't hurt! I had a wheel come off of my car while I was going 40 mph! Fortunately I wasn't hurt.
Regarding your question, almost certainly not. You would need to prove that you suffered damages (physical injuries and/or economic damages) AND that the big chain caused the problem. I'm sure it seems open and shut, but it's not. For example, a lot of people had access to your vehicle after it was repaired, and before you heard the vicious knocking. It doesn't matter what you think or what you know - only what you can prove!
