Mr. Musca is a passionate, aggressive and nationally-renowned criminal defense attorney who represents clients on all criminal defense matters in the State of Florida. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boston College, and graduated cum laude in 1994. He then went on to earn his law degree from Case Western University School of Law in 1997.
Mr. Musca began his career representing the indigent as an Assistant Public Defender. Then, in 2001, he began his own practice, Musca Law, P.A, a firm which focuses exclusively in the area of criminal defense. He also speaks fluent Spanish.
Mr. Musca has handled all types of criminal matters, from misdemeanors through serious felonies. He has extensive experience handling DUI cases, probation violations, theft crimes, drug charges, as well as fraud, battery, domestic disputes, sex crimes, and all violent crimes, including homicide and manslaughter.
