For 15 years as a federal prosecutor, John handled the most complex and wide-ranging RICO cases against the Mafia and other organized crime groups. He knows all the tactics and methods used to conduct federal investigations and prosecutions. John will bring this knowledge and experience to defend his clients against federal law enforcement actions.
John sits on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery Bar Association and is a Judicial Council Member for the National Asian Pacific Bar Association. He was honored when selected to serve on the Federal Criminal Justice Act Panel in the Eastern District of PA. Successfully prosecuted 12 made members and associates of the Philadelphia La Cosa Nostra Family in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2014. Received the 2009 ATF Honor Award for the successful RICO prosecution of 14 members of the violent international criminal organization known as La Mara Salvatrucha, or MS-13, in Nashville, Tennessee. Earned the U.S. Department of Justice Special Achievement Award for sustained superior performance of duty in 2007, 2008, and 2010.
