John S. Morris
A Family-Owned Estate Planning/Probate Firm- Call for Free ConsultationThe lawyers and staff who make up Morris & Morris are not that different from the people we represent. We encounter the same highs and lows and we share the same desire for happy and healthy families. Since the founding of our San Gabriel Valley law firm in 1997, those common interests have only served to reinforce our belief in what we do. We have children of our own and we can identify with both the difficulties and the benefits of raising a family in Southern California. We can help you ensure that your children are provided for whether it involves child support considerations in a divorce or estate planning that is tailored to your wishes. Our training, education and experience have served us well as lawyers. However, there is more to our law firm — we take great pride in our commitment to individualized personal service for all of our clients. We offer free initial consultations, house calls for meetings with our less mobile clients, and we are able to accommodate clients who do not speak English. We want to make it as convenient as possible for you to speak with us about matters that are so important to you. We hope our client-centered approach to family law and estate planning makes you feel comfortable about contacting us again if you or someone you care about is in need of legal representation. We look forward to hearing from you. Call today to set up an appointment to speak with our divorce and estate planning lawyers in a free initial consultation.

Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
For probate matters, fees are set by California Statute. Fees are paid by the estate. Costs, however, do need to be advanced by the client in most cases and reimbursed by the estate. Estate planning is typically charged on a flat fee basis and includes the recording of the family residence into the trust with the county recorder's office. The fee increases if there is more than a single piece of real property involved, or if there is complex planning needed. Hourly rates apply for most other cases.
