Biography

I have dedicated my legal career to helping those who are struggling with debt and financial set backs. Many are unaware of the protections and relief that the law provides in rebuilding their financial lives.

During law school I studied bankruptcy law under Judge Bruce Markell, a nationally known expert in bankruptcy law. I also served as an extern to Judge Clive Jones, bankruptcy judge in the District of Nevada.

My practice is limited to helping consumers with bankruptcy and consumer related legal matters, including helping consumers fight back against debt collection abuse. I have helped hundreds of clients gain a fresh start through the bankruptcy process. My goal is to provide my clients with the knowledge and understanding of the court system in helping them deal with their financial difficulties. I offer a free consultation to review client's current situation and help them put together a game plan in moving forward.
