Jonathan L. Kales

Mr. Kales is an experienced Fairfax, Va. divorce mediator and collaborative divorce attorney. After practicing family law for years and concluding trials and court serve divorcing spouses poorly, making already difficult cases harder and more painful, Mr. Kales focuses his practice on helping his clients avoid litigation and to reach negotiated separation and divorce settlement agreements and prenuptial agreements.   Mr. Kales' rate is $385 per hour for divorce mediation and $425 per hour for collaborative divorce and other legal representation. In divorce mediation cases, clients are required to make payment at the conclusion of each mediation session and before the drafting of a marital settlement agreement. In collaborative divorce cases, Mr. Kales requires an advance deposit . The amount of the deposit depends on the complexity and nature of each client’s case.
