Board Certified Trial Attorney practicing Criminal Law and Probate Law
I am a board certified trial attorney who practices criminal law and probate law. I was a prosecutor for over 8 years and tried over 80 jury trials. I am in a unique position to know what the government is thinking when it comes to criminal offenses, which allows my clients to know what a good plea resolution is, or when it is time to go to trial.
I graduated college from Texas A&M University, studying business management. I graduated magna cum laude and decided to expand my interests into competing in triathlons. I even completed an Ironman triathlon which is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, followed by a 26.2 mile marathon! We started swimming at 7:00 am and I finished the race 14 hours later. From dark to dark! In the end, I am an Ironman.
I went on to study law at Baylor Law School. My partner and I won the intra-school moot court competition. The best part of law school was meeting his beautiful wife. We met while competing against each other in that moot court competition.
Since law school, I have prosecuted in two different counties, and now have opened my own law firm utilizing all the skills and experience I have obtained. I help clients who have been arrested or charged with criminal offenses. I also help clients draft wills, trusts, and all other necessary legal documents to ensure that they are protected and taken care of.
