Joseph Anthony Castagnola
Highly experienced and educated attorney and mediator who achieves results.
Mediation: Mediation is not "one size fits all" and Joe works with the parties to develop effective solutions for their unique situation.
Joe will mediate disputes in the areas of: family law, landlord/tenant, business disputes, disputes with an emphasis on real estate or insurance issues, and interpersonal disputes.
It is important to Joe that he works with parties engaged in a dispute where mediation is appropriate. Therefore he does not charge for initial consultations. Mediation is often recommended prior to the more aggressive step of legal action. Joe has an efficient and productive mediation style, maintains neutrality at all times, & is completely dedicated to facilitating success.
Real Estate: With over fourteen years of real estate sales/mortgage experience as a broker, Joe brings a dynamic to real estate transactions that most attorneys can't & that no real estate agent can.
Give Joe a call about any real estate transaction including FSBOs for a free consultation. Get better results with a real estate attorney on your side.
Estate Planning: We all need to face it; we all need to plan for what happens next to ensure our future goals are achieved. Because tomorrow is not a guarantee, let's begin planning for tomorrow, today.
Unlawful Detainer: No one wants to go through the eviction process. Often, mediation between a landlord and tenant can produce a better result. However, where eviction is the correct course of action, you need an attorney dedicated to your results.
Personal Injury Law: You were injured & it's not your fault. Now you are entitled to whatever compensation is necessary to put you back in the position you would have been in had you not been injured.
Family Law: Family Law can be challenging at times, but doesn't need to be. Attitude, the ability to stay rational with the facts, & common sense can easily help this often volatile area of the law into a seamless transition of the next phase of your life.
