Creen has over 30 years experience in the practice of law, litigating cases in Iowa and Illinois state and federal courts and advising clients with personal, business and employment matters, real estate matters, individuals and families for estate planning needs and probate. Mr Creen has a varied and extensive trial practice experience, including personal injury, brain injury, product liability, wrongful death, slip and fall, auto cases, catastrophic injury, as well as contract and construction disputes, estate & probate matters, such as Will contest and undue influence, consumer protection, such as wrongful foreclosure or collections, and real estate litigation including condemnation, ownership disputes, and landlord-tenant problems. Joe was born at and lived at Notre Dame when his parents attended Univ. South Bend. He earned his BA degree from University of Notre Dame (with honors). He then volunteered with the US VISTA program where he worked on the south side of Chicago in the legal aide office and served by helping with various community issues. He married , Connie, and entered Drake Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree. Joe and Connie have two children and three grandchildren. Joe is in private practice of law in the Iowa-Illinois Quad City area. He is licensed in federal court, Iowa and Illinois. Joe serves on non-profit boards and community-school-church organizations and has helped many obtain IRS tax exempt status. He believes it is important to help local schools and various charities that service the poor, and to obtain justice and equal access to the courts for each individual and to protect each persons individual rights. He served on the board of directors in the Davenport legal aide, H.E.L.P. for 25 years. Joe is a coach of youth basketball
