Your Life Is A Contract. I write, negotiate and litigate all types of contracts
I always knew I wanted to do something in consumer protection. I started my first career out of graduate school as a policy analyst in the Office Of Public Safety for The Mayor of The City Of Los Angeles. I helped increase the quality of life of 12 million Angelenos and did not know any of them. So, I decided to move back to Cleveland to help the people I grew up with, saw on a daily basis, shared interests and cares with, and came to know and call friend.
II went to law school to do just that. Corporations don't need help. They have high-priced lawyers in really tall buildings that charge them a lot of money to help them when they get in trouble. I have always worked for "the people." That's just where my heart is.
I help people with financial troubles, navigating through Chapter 7 and and Chapter 13 bankruptcies to help them save their homes from foreclosure, cars from repossession, and stop lawsuits and garnishments. I also represent people who bought crappy cars from used car dealers, had home renovations done from horrible companies, and were taken by foreclosure "rescue companies" that take your money and do nothing for you.
Unlike other attorneys who are located in other parts of Ohio, and have an empty office in Cleveland so it looks good for Google, I am a REAL attorney and I have a REAL office and I will meet you IN PERSON to discuss your issues - because I LIVE and WORK IN the Greater Cleveland Area.
If you've been defrauded out of your hard-earned money you need to enforce your rights. I will do what I can to help anyone out of a jam. If I cannot, I will find you someone who can.

- Q. I’m being sued for $12,000 for a car accident that was legally my fault. Would I be able to file bankruptcy?
- A: It depends on the cause of the accident. Don't answer that in this thread. You'll need to sit with an attorney to discuss what happened in order to see whether the debt to be incurred would be dischargeable in a bankruptcy.
- Q. GE credit union took my money out my account for a car loan while in ch.7 bankruptcy before I could surrender the car
- A: I agree with Mr. Denison. Just to add one point, it wouldn't really matter whether they knew or not. If they knew, then its a wilful violation of the automatic stay, which sounds like that was his point. If they didn't know, they still have to give the money back, its just not a violation of the automatic stay.
- Q. Need to file bankruptcy had one car repossessed and another up for repo now. Also many other debts.
- A: It all sounds possible. But, without knowing more about each particular debt, its impossible to tell. Best to contact an attorney to discuss these, and your greater financial situation, to get answers to these questions and to determine a best course of action.
