Joseph N Casas
The Casas Law Firm, PCJoseph N. Casas is a bilingual attorney and business advisor with a diverse background and experience founded upon his service as an infantryman in the U.S. Marine Corps and a J.A.G. officer in the U.S. Navy. As an attorney, Joseph’s experience includes corporate law, bankruptcy law, and the defense and prosecution of complex matters including business and commercial torts, personal injury, contractual disputes, fraud, and securities claims. Joseph also maintains an active military law practice. He has represented dozens of service members before courts-martial and administrative separation boards. As a business advisor, Joseph specializes in helping his clients develop and grow their business by forging long-lasting relationships with clients, customers, and strategic partners. He also regularly advises business owners on a wide variety of topics including corporate structuring, organizational management, and issues related to the protection of their business. Joseph’s governmental affairs practice provides advocacy to clients who have issues before local, state, and federal legislative bodies. Joseph also conducts corporate/organizational investigations in which he helps his clients assess allegations of wrong doing including, harassment, corporate fraud, or financial mismanagement, and respond to government regulator requests. Joseph received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Government and Sociology. He then went on to receive his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Masters in Business Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Stuart School of Business. Joseph has appeared as a commentator/expert on television to discuss legal issues. His most noteworthy appearances include shows such as Wolf Blitzer’s “The Situation Room” and Bill O’Reilly’s “The O’Reilly Factor.”
