Joseph Salama
In the last seventeen years, Law Offices of Joseph Salama has helped companies and individuals navigate successfully through the legal system. For some, this meant going before a jury, whether in federal or state court, or before an administrative law judge. For some, it meant getting out of the case as quickly and painlessly as possible. For some, it meant putting the right knowledge, documents, and systems in place to minimize the risk of litigation. But for all of them, it meant listening, understanding, and then making the commitment to meet their needs such that they could begin to outsource their stress, not just their legal work, knowing that their concerns will be prioritized and addressed.
Our clients know that they will get the same consistently high level of service and quality of work whether they are a lower middle class minority individual who was harassed at work, or a multinational entity that shouldn't have been named in the first place, regardless of whether the opposing firm has offices around the world or is one which was formed last week.
It is this reputation which has caused our practice to flourish. It is this high level of care which causes each of our many clients to consistently feel like they are the most important. And it is this high level of commitment which enables us to have a diverse practice including the specialties of employment, cryptocurrency, cannabis, constitutional law, and business litigation, to name a few, and achieve excellent results.
This diverse litigation experience has also given us priceless insight into the nuances of a wide range of transactional matters, from basic corporate formation to drafting premarital agreements and negotiating contracts for authors, by allowing us to account for emerging issues beyond the basic common pitfalls. Furthermore, it has enabled Mr. Salama to be both an effective and practical mediator, enabling him to draw on real outcomes to better inform and facilitate agreement.
