Joshua Just, attorney, has decades of experience handling various legal matters in companies with a truly global reach. For over nine years, Mr. Just has been a legal and business consultant for TransPerfect Global, the world’s largest privately held provider of language services, e-discovery and related technologies whose clients include every major law firm and all of the Fortune 500 companies. Working closely with the leadership executive team on a daily basis, he provides advice on high-level projects from both a legal and business perspective, including contract analysis, and deal negotiations.
Before joining his current company, Mr. Just was a true entrepreneur. As president and founder of Charter Investments he was heavily involved in targeting and executing investments in such growth sectors as financial services, real estate, and emerging green markets. His focus is on optimizing a company’s profitability by improving the corporate structure, providing valuable insight on company operations, consulting on effective marketing techniques and more. Charter has helped dozens of businesses improve their profit-margin and achieve a high level of success.
Among Mr. Just’s many accomplishments, he founded and created a successful Manhattan law firm, building it up from a small operation into a firm boasting 20 employees. He tried over 100 jury and non-jury cases in both state and federal courts, He managed operations, ran the marketing and business development committees and assisted fellow attorneys in trial techniques and strategies. He successfully negotiated over one thousand settlement agreements and deal negotiations.
Joshua Just graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and was in both the international honor society and on the Dean’s List. He attended Brooklyn Law School where he received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
