Josh Rudolph is a creative problem solver thriving in the dynamic legal environment. Mr. Rudolph focuses his career on criminal defense and civil litigation.
Known for honesty and integrity, Mr. Rudolph prides himself on his ability to help navigate the complex legal world. He takes the time to get to know his clients, understand their challenges, and passionately fight for them; always keeping client’s best interest in mind even if it means a less favorable outcome for the firm.
A skilled negotiator, Mr. Rudolph is equally comfortable negotiating or in trial. He is highly effective at developing creative strategies. Outside experiences provide the tools to quickly breakdown complex details into understandable terminology. He has proven success both in and out of the courtroom, having litigated numerous trials and evidentiary hearings while also being able to settle many difficult cases without having to enter the courtroom
As an Attorney, Mr. Rudolph worked for a civil litigation firm in New Jersey and the Chester County DA’s office. These experiences provide the opportunity to understand the law from both the Plaintiff and Defense sides, both of which he continuously puts to use representing his own clients. To advance his understanding, Mr. Rudolph took numerous classes through the PA Bar’s Medicine for Lawyers Continuing Education Program. Mr. Rudolph completed the requirements set forth to achieve a Certificate from the Bar for Medicine for Lawyers.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Rudolph was a political strategist. He worked with elected officials and major associations by building political campaigns for national, state and local candidates.
Mr. Rudolph enjoys reading about military and government history. He is an avid music fan, with interests ranging from Frank Sinatra to the Grateful Dead. His hobbies playing golf, hiking, camping and spending time with his wife and three sons.
